Shipping

SkiSkootys are guaranteed to be shipped within 5 business days. If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you prior to shipping.

Refunds/Credits or Exchanges

If your order was purchased directly through Skootys.com and you received an item that was damaged, you will need to contact us (info@skootys.com) within 10 days of the Skootys being received. The damaged item will be shipped at the Skootys' expense and will need to be sent to:

Skootys, 3044 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY 40205.

A refund will be issued once the damaged item is received. Refunds/Credits will be issued for the amount of the purchase minus all shipping costs.

All correspondence can be done either via email at info@skootys.com or writing SkiSkootys, 3044 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40205. International returns will be handled at the discretion of SkiSkootys.
