On customers over $75.00 (usd) SkiSkootys will cover all brokerage fees associated with the purchase of items totaling 10 or less or brokerage fees totals $65.00 (usd) or less. If the total items are greater than 10 or the fees are greater than $65.00 please contact us at info@skootys.com and we can make arrangements.
If your order was purchased directly through Skootys.com and you received an item that was damaged, you will need to contact us (info@skootys.com) within 10 days of the Skootys being received. The damaged item will be shipped at the Skootys' expense and will need to be sent to:

A refund will be issued once the damaged item is received. Refunds/Credits will be issued for the amount of the purchase minus all shipping costs.
